Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when users access the 05VPN website, create an account, purchase a subscription or data package, or use related network acceleration, international route, and client services. By starting to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If they disagree with any part, they should stop using the relevant services.

These terms define the basic rights, responsibilities, and risk boundaries of both parties during service use. The Privacy Policy governs the handling of personal information, while the separate Refund Policy governs refund eligibility and procedures.

Service Content and Scope

05VPN provides network acceleration subscription services for cross-border access and access to international websites, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, client access points, and account status are based on the information shown in the user panel.

International routes may be affected by network conditions, destination service rules, device configuration, carrier links, and changes in regional policies. 05VPN may adjust route access points, connection methods, and client features for maintenance, resource allocation, security, or compliance reasons. Such adjustments do not automatically constitute a material reduction in service content, but the service will make reasonable efforts to preserve the basic capabilities associated with an active subscription.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; users can create an account with a username and password. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription details, and client configuration, and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are exposed, an unusual login is detected, or a subscription is used without authorization, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions support simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and devices managed by that person. Users may not sell, rent, sublicense, publicly share, or provide account credentials, subscription details, or route access to unrelated individuals, nor may they repackage the service for resale as another commercial service. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, account risks, and access issues caused by public sharing or improper credential storage.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Plan benefits, remaining traffic, and active status are based on the records in the user panel. Users should verify the selected plan, payment method, and account information before submitting an order.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the destination is located, as well as the rules of the websites, platforms, or online services they access. The service must not be used to violate others’ legal rights, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, attack network systems, disrupt service operations, obtain data without authorization, or conduct other unlawful activities.

Users must not probe, damage, or evade the service’s account permissions, traffic measurement, access controls, or security mechanisms. They must not affect route resources or other users’ normal connections through automated requests, malicious concurrency, or other abnormal methods. 05VPN may take necessary risk-control measures in response to clearly abnormal access activity.

Service Availability and Liability Limits

05VPN maintains and schedules routes according to their condition, but cross-border connections depend on multiple external factors. As a result, the service cannot guarantee consistent performance for every region, carrier, device, or destination service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, upstream route changes, destination platform updates, public network congestion, and events beyond reasonable control may change connection speeds, cause temporary interruptions, or make some features unavailable.

Users should independently confirm whether the service suits their device environment and access needs, and keep separate backups of important materials. For issues caused by device settings, system limitations, third-party software, destination website rules, account region differences, or payment region differences, 05VPN may provide general troubleshooting guidance but makes no promise regarding third-party content, policies, ongoing availability, or account decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for losses arising from violating these terms, configuring devices incorrectly, exposing account credentials, or relying on third-party services. Responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected by these terms.

Restrictions, Suspension, and Account Termination

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, interfere with route operations, conduct unlawful activity, maliciously consume resources, or repeatedly violate these terms, 05VPN may restrict relevant features, suspend subscription access, or terminate the account based on the level of risk. The service may also temporarily restrict accounts showing clear anomalies to investigate security incidents, handle complaints, or fulfill compliance obligations.

After an account is restricted, users may submit a ticket through the user panel to explain the situation. Whether access is restored will be determined based on account records, whether the risk has been resolved, and the applicable rules. Account termination does not affect responsibilities incurred before termination, nor does it release users from responsibility for consequences caused by improper use.

Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance

05VPN may update these terms due to service changes, legal requirements, or security management needs. Updated content will be published on this page with the latest update date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If users disagree with the changes, they should stop using the service.

Refund rules are provided separately in the Refund Policy. A full refund without reason may be requested within 30 days after the first payment. The application method, scope, and processing requirements are subject to the content published on that page.
