Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the 05VPN website, user panel, client connection services, and ticket support. Data processing follows the principles of clear purpose, minimum scope, and necessary retention: only data needed to deliver subscriptions, calculate traffic, protect accounts and route operations, complete orders, respond to issues, and improve the website is processed.

05VPN does not require identity information unrelated to service delivery. Registration requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient, so this service does not collect a registration email. Information a user voluntarily submits in a ticket is used only to handle that inquiry or dispute and does not change the account registration requirements.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

Account data: This includes the username, account status, subscription status, and operation records related to account security. It is used for identity recognition, login verification, subscription delivery, and handling unusual activity. Passwords are used for account authentication and should not be submitted again in tickets or other public areas.

Order data: This includes the selected plan, order amount, payment channel, transaction status, refund status, and reference information used to verify the transaction. These records support service activation, accounting, refunds, and transaction disputes. 05VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; the actual payment process may redirect to the relevant third-party payment environment.

Website analytics: When users visit marketing pages or the user panel, the service may process page addresses, referring pages, browser type, system type, network address, and basic interaction events. This information helps verify page operation, identify compatibility issues, and assess content entry points; it is not used to build personal browsing preference profiles.

No-Logs Position and Connection Data

05VPN does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain communications, complete browsing histories, or records that could reconstruct specific visits. Route operation data and website access content are handled separately, and user activity data is not collected for sale.

To establish connections, calculate traffic, schedule routes, and troubleshoot faults, the system may process technical data within the necessary scope, such as connection times, selected routes, transferred traffic, connection results, and error types. This data is used to confirm subscription status, calculate plan usage, and resolve connection issues; it is not used to identify visited pages or communication content.

Temporary diagnostic data with no further operational purpose is deleted after the session ends. Data required for order verification, service security, or dispute handling is retained only for the shortest period needed for that purpose, then deleted or de-identified.

Cookie, Local Storage, and Third-Party Payments

The website may use Cookie or browser local storage to save login sessions, interface language, necessary security status, and feature preferences. These technologies keep the user panel available, reduce repeated actions, and complete account authentication. After this data is cleared, the user may need to log in again or select preferences again.

Payments are processed by the applicable third-party payment service. Account credentials, authorization information, and payment verification data submitted during payment are governed by that payment provider's own policy. 05VPN receives the transaction result, amount, channel, and reference information needed to complete an order, but is not responsible for data collected independently on third-party payment pages.

Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order and refund records are retained for the period needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet necessary accounting requirements. Analytics and operational diagnostic data is retained only until its processing purpose is complete. If a legal obligation, an unsettled order, or dispute handling requires some records to be retained, the relevant data is deleted or de-identified under applicable rules after that matter ends.

Users can log in to the user panel and use the ticket entry to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. The system may require account identity verification before processing a deletion request. After account deletion, data no longer needed for processing is cleared; records that must be retained by law or to resolve an unsettled transaction are access-restricted and not used for other purposes.

This policy may be updated when service processes, technical implementation, or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be adjusted accordingly. If an update materially affects the scope of processing, the website or user panel will provide an appropriate notice to review it.
